Magical Essence?

Call my rules out of date but I don't know about this.

I understand how it is used but does it regenerate each turn? Does it regenerate one point per turn? or is it simply one shot>

If any one can help me out it would be great.

yes it does regenerate per turn, 2 essance a turn, read how the essance works and you can choose how you want to use it to the charachters maximum advantage.
