So i mentioned in my blog post that Inukai and I are doing a 5 week campaign. I thought i would post our rules and each week's scenarios if anyone wants to follow along here.
So first of all you get 1 point for winning a scenario and 1 point at the end if your whole 6 figure force is painted (we are just doing the basic boxes). Inukai is the Norse and I am the Dragon Knights.
Rewards: The winner of each scenario will pick one hero to roll on this chart for the next game. You may not choose the same hero for this two wins in a row. Lords may not roll on this chart. Victory Honors chart: 1D10
10: Battle Hardened: Increase this character’s base AR by +1 for the next encounter 9: Better armor: Increase this characters adjusted AR by +1 for the next encounter. 8: Battle Veteran: Increase this character’s attack rolls by +1 for the next encounter. 7: Oxen Strength: Increase this character’s damage by +1 after a successful damage roll during the next encounter 6: Battlefield spoils: This character gains a shield for the next encounter but suffers a -1 on his shield die rolls 5: Found the soft spot: Once during the next encounter this character may reroll one damage roll. 4: Lucky shot: Once during the next encounter this hero may reroll one attack roll. 3: Spreading reputation: This character causes fear for the next encounter. Enemies have a +1 to their courage check against this fear. 2: Fully rested: This character has a +1 to his movement statistic for the next scenario, do not add this bonus more than once an activation. 1: Shameful boasting: The hero disgraces himself by boasting of his accomplishments. He gains no other bonuses and may not be affected by friendly team effects.
Wounding chart: For each character who is reduced to 0 wounds during an encounter roll a D10. On a 1 or a 2 roll another D10, consult the chart below and apply the result to the character for the next encounter. Lords add a +2 to their rolls on this table.
10: A flesh wound: Despite being knocked unconscious the character suffers no other long term detriment. 9: Leg wound: This character suffers a -1 to his movement during the next encounter. Apply this effect only once an activation. 8: Gun Shy: This character suffers -1 to all courage checks during the next encounter. 7: Slowed reflexes: this character suffers -1 to all defense rolls during the next encounter. 6: Sprained wrist: this character suffers a -1 to attack rolls during the next encounter. 5: Fatigued: This character suffers -1 to successful damage rolls during the next encounter. 4: Dented armor: This character suffers -1 to his adjusted AR during the next encounter. 3: Lost Armor: This character suffers -1 to his base AR during the next encounter. 2: Concussion: This character may not charge during the next encounter and may not go En guard. 1: Scarred for the life: The wound suffered traumatizes the character, any further rolls on the wound chart during this campaign are applied to the character permanently.
and finally the week 1 scenario ( all games will be played on 3x3 boards)
Week 1 The Invaders cometh
The invaders have been sighted by the kingdom’s scouts. They are poised to take a fortified watchtower. Defend the tower lest the rats gain a foothold in their invasion.
Set up: Place a tower structure in the center of the playing area this structure should be 4x4 or 5x5 and tower-like with a door on one side. Place a 1x1 objective marker next to the door of the structure. Apply terrain as players agree otherwise.
Deployment The defender should be deployed around the tower within 6 inches of it. The attacker is deployed within 6 inches of the board edges they may be deployed wherever the attacker wishes as long as it is within 6 inches of the board edge.
Victory: Attacker: Victory comes when any of the attacking characters occupy the objective marker completely and pay 1 action to interact with it.
Defender: Prevent the attack from achieving their objective for 6 rounds or destroy all attackers.

Also each week one new figure must be painted otherwise you must remove one of your unpainted miniatures from the game and count it as a casualty. If you are playing at home use the following list to determine if someone is attacker or defender in the first week.
DK attackers VS KOTR defenders Norse attackers VS DK Defenders Norse Attackers VS KOTR Defenders Complete mercenary armies or ancients are always attackers

I really like your campaign idea. We've played something similar in the past, and made a flow chart depending on who won. We'd also set up the table different, with a smaller team defending the middle of the map, attackers attacking a tower, invaders searching the city for treasure or a specific item, etc.
Your second chart reminds me a little of Necromunda, a great idea!

All right! Here is the write up of week one. There will be pictures in the Handcannononline.com edition probably up friday or monday.
Duke Rather was pleased with his scout. They had spotted the Norse in the fields to the Norse. They were undoubtedly preparing to take this outermost watch post. It would serve as a good base of operations were they to take it. They would not. Rathar had personally come out to see to it that these scum would not gain a footholds in his lands.
The dragon knights were deployed around the tower with the Norse deployed any where within 3 inches of the board edge. The Norse got initiative and drew first blood on Sir Lessen the Lordbane. Mordant the DK fusilier followed up with a devastating 6 point hit on Larse the Norse warrior. Friar Joseph cast his blessing on the crew and everyone else just moved into position.
Terje eyed his victim through the woods. The knight had been well armored and lucky, but his new target was not so. The friar was the only one between Terje and the great knight blocking the tower. Terje fired and found his mark felling the unsuspecting friar.
Turn two saw the death of Friar Joseph. Everyone else moved in with Mordant being mobbed by the Norse Lord Varghosse so that he could not shoot. Sir Lessen hastened to the opposite side of the tower so that he could get in the mix as soon as he could.
This is the moment Sir Lessen had been waiting for. The glory lay in front of him. His friend mordant was toe to toe with a great Norse warrior. Others were moving in as well. Sir Zien held the front flank so he could be reckless on this side. He howled a battle cry as he heaved his great weapon and charged.
Turn three saw Sir Lessen the Lordbane live up to his name. He charged Vargoss doing an impressive 8 points of damage and wounding him. Sir Zien charged the Norse Invader who went berserk, both ended up doing little damage. The Black Inquisitor charged the thief doing some damage. Sir Lessen held his own as did Mordant against Varghoss, Larse and Halsten. Mordent drew his sword but did nothing else. The thief devastated the inquisitor felling him. Meanwhile Rathar’s shield proved more than a match for Terje’s arrows.
The Norse Warriors thought he was a daemon. Sir Lesson howled in battle has he parried and dodged the blows of the great warriors. Mordant seeing his friend desperately tried to help but to no avail, his skill was with a gun and not the Sword. Despite this failing Sir Lesson continued holding his ground.
This turn saw little on both sides. Sir Lesson held out with Mordant. Sir Zien and the berserker continued to be locked in combat. The thief ran round the side in preparation to attack rather while Terje’s arrows could not find their mark.
Lessen’s blade fell onto the Varghoss felling him, and found Larse as well. Halsten managed to find his mark but huffed in exertion afterwards letting the small man with a gun get away.
Lessen finally bit it but not before he killed The Norse Lord and Larse the warrior. Halten finished him off but allowed Mordant to get away and draw his rifle. Sir Zien finally killed the berserker. The thief ran up to Rathar to stun him but rather shrugged it off. Terje killed Mordant but unfortunately for the thief Treje’s second arrow missed Rathar and struck him in the back (see how HE likes it)
Duke Rathar Laughed as he saw victory near. The Norse could not keep this pace up and he had the advantage. He signaled to his Knight Sir Zien the Lion to consolidate.
The final turn was a desperate gambit by the Norse. Unfortuantly they did only one damage to rather. All others missed and the game was over.
Sir Zien the Lion looked to his lord and smiled the way one would when walking through a garden. “Lord what is your will now?”. Rather surveyed the field, “Gather the wounded into the tower, eat, rest, we attack at dawn.” The same smile crept across Zien’s face again, “Yes, m’Lord.”
This week saw the victory go to the Dragon Knights. Sir Zien got the battle honors for that side allowing him one reroll in the next scenario. For the Norse Halsten received the honors granting him a +1 base AR next scenario. Only the beserker came away wounded with a sprained wrist causing him to have a -1 to attack rolls next scenario.

We start off week 2 with the usual rereading of the scenario. Set up: Defender places 3 objective markers any where that is 10 inches from the center. Otherwise players set up terrain as they see fit. The objective for the attacker is to get into base to base contact with each of the objective markers and use 1 action point to set the objective on fire. The defender must prevent this for 6 turns. The defender may also put out a fire by spending two actions to put out the fire when in base contact with an objective marker. If all 3 objectives are on fire at the end of a turn the attacker wins. Defender is deployed first 6 inches from any board edge. The attacker deploys 10 inches from the center of the board. Duke Rathar decided to press the attack. He sent his men, with the silent Black Knight to the Norse camp to raze it to the ground. Unfortunately for the dragon knights the Norse knew they were coming… Turn One: The Black Knight rushed through the woods tackling Terje. Varghoss figured this would be a point of entry to their camp though and responded by rushing towards the melee. Turn one saw combat start at once. The Black Knight did impressive damage to Terje but was shortly surrounded by three Norse men. Sir Zien rushed in but to no avail. He and Sir Lessen halted the incoming rush of the beserker but could not destroy him. Friar Josephe rushed in to save a severly wounded Black Knight but was cut down in the process. The inquisitor set a tent on fire and was face to face with two Halsten and Lars. Turn Two: The Black Knight fought for his life. He had underestimated the Norse men. Surely he would fall here, but he would not fall without a fight. He had hope though, the distinct crackle of the inquisitors fire spitter could be heard over the yelling of the Norse men… Turn two saw the black knight get lucky. He fended off blows but could not inflict damage. The thief ended up stunning himself when attempting the feat on the Black Knight. Lessen and Zien continued their struggle against the Beserker who slowly was widdling Zien down. The Inquisitor fired his fire spitter at Lars to good effect and ran towards them. Halsten broke away and forced Mordant to drop his rifle and pick up his sword. The battle raged but the Dragon Knights faded one by one. First the Black Knight fell, though he took Terje with him and wounded the Theif. Then Zien fell to the mortally wounded Berserker, Lessen followed. He went down howling. The Inquisitor, despite issuing a crippling wound to lars fell next. Mordant though brave eventually fell as the Norse men surrounded him. His sword in hand Mordant uttered a battle cry striking forth as he fell. The next three turns were all a blur. The Black knight fended off blow after blow, but a glancing strike destroyed him. The Berserker, with one wound left, took down the injured Zien and Lessen. Lars, also with one health left cut down the inquisitor. Mordant was the last to die, but not before he took Halsten to one wound. In the end the Norse won the day. The game was quick and brutal and had a few more rolls gone my way the tide would have turned. But it was great seeing the Norse in their full glory. Those guys are tough and they will not be underestimated again! Rathar read the report from his defeated retinue. Perhaps those brutes were more formidable than Rathar thought. He would have to deal with things himself next time… As far as battle honors go, Lessen gained better armor for the next game and the Berserker gained a 1 damage roll reroll. Week one was posted on handcannononline.com last thrusday with pictures. THis one will probably go up this thursday. Sadly this was a pretty crushing defeat for me Inuakai's Norse really shone in this game- they were BRUTAL! (you ARE the brute squad)

Week three finds the Norse and the Dragon Knights all tied up as far as the campaign goes. Game one saw a hard core defense by the Dragon Knights, and game two saw the Norse defend their camp with great resolve.
Week 3 Scenario
Seeking to gain a tactical advantage in the lands of the Dragon Knights, the Norse men pursue rumors of a wild magic shameness in the forests of Duke Rathar. They hope to recruit her for their invasion. Unfortunately for them, the Dragon Knight Black Inquisitors have gotten wind of the plan and are on the way to stop it.
Set up:
Place a stone circle in the center of the board. Then Place a token in the center of the circle. Stones should be placed within the circle and the board should be outfitted with trees and other wilderness affects. The stone circle may not be entered until a Norse invader takes an action to disenchant the magic. Otherwise the Circle is counted as clear terrain that can be seen and shot over.
Norse Objective: Spend one action when in base contact with the stone circle to deactivate the magic and allow characters to enter the circle. Then spend one action to pick up the objective when in base contact ( the Shameness) and proceed to get her off of any board edge on the opponent’s half of the board. Only Norse Invader characters may deactivate the circle and pick up the objective.
Dragon Knights Objective: Prevent the Norsemen from leaving the board edge with the Shameness.
Game Lasts for 6 turns.
Deployment: Opposite sides, 6 inches from the edge.
Rathar was displeased, “Inquisitor, you say there is wild magic in my kingdom?” “Yes sir.” Rathar scowled, “As you were, I have no more need of your services, I will take my retinue out to deal with the practitioner…Those savages will not gain any respite or allies in my kingdom.”
Turn one saw positioning take place. Mordant managed to shoot Khale the thief for 6 points. Terje missed Mordant. Rathar, Zien and Lessen went towards the Left flank while the Black Knight went to handle the Right flank on his own. Valhalla’s call was heard and Halsten chanted the words to drop the magic field around the Stones. The Berserker, and Lars went to intercept Rathar and his knights.
The Norse howled a battle cry and rushed across the field towards the knights. Zien and Rathar were both caught off guard by the mighty axes of the Norse. Modant seemed unfazed as he drew his sword. Halsten heard the melee and rushed in towards the shameness. “Miss, we beg your help…” The shamenss looked frightened. Then resolved. She knew these men were her own kin and would help them if it cost her life. The Dragon Knights were no proper master to serve.
Turn two saw the blood start to flow. Halsten grabbed the shameness. Lars and The Berserker charged in. They did 6 damage to Zien and a whopping 9 damage to Rathar. Damage was done back but not nearly as much. Lessen rushed in to intercept Halsten and did some damage. The Black Knight rushed the thief and promptly whiffed his roll. The Theif in turn brought the knight down to 1 wound.
The Shameness’s eyes got wide as Sir Lessen the Lordbane raised his halberd. He brought it down into Halsten’s shoulder. There was no hope for the Norsemen who let out a cry as he fell to the ground. The Shameness crouched in fear as she looked up at Lessen. --- Varghoss heard his warrior’s cry as he fell. He rushed towards the only knight he could see sensing the situation was dire. He trade blows against the skilled knight. Unfortunately for the Black Knight, Varghoss’ urgency strengthened his blows causing the Black Knight to fall to his knees. --- Rathar grunted as the weight of the Berserker’s claws fell on him. The scraped his shield time after time. From the corner of his eye he saw Sir Zien and Morant dispatch the axe wielding Norse. The distraction proved dire for Rathar as the Beserker’s claws found their mark. He faded into unconsciousness as he heard Mordant yell for him.
Turn two and three were bloody. Rathar fell to the Berserker. Lars fell to Zein and Mordant. Halsten was dispatched by Lessen. Finally, the Black Knight met his end at the hands of Vargoss. Varghoss and Khale ran to surround Sir Lessen and grab the Shameness.
Varghoss rounded the stones to see his fellow Halten - bloody and unconscious- on the floor. He lept into action putting the terrified Shameness behind him and Lessen in front of him. He remembered Lessen. This one was dangerous. He fended off a few blows from Lessen and managed to break away with the Shameness while Khale distracted the Demon Knight.
Turn four found Lessen surrounded but initiative go to the Dragon Knights. Lessen let loose once again damaging Varghoss (holding true to his title of Lordbane) and dispatched Khale. Varghoss attempted to hit Lessen but missed and ran off with the Shameness. Mordant rushed around the corner and shot at Varghoss but to no avail. Mordant met his end at the end of Terje’s arrow.
Varghoss was trapped. The rocks in the circle provided little way out for the Norse Lord. “I will lay my life down for you, for were it not for us these wolves would not be at your door.” The Shameness was still alarmed despite the Lord’s resolve. As Varghoss turned he saw the one they called Sir Zein the Lion turning the corner smiling ominously. He turned around only to find himself face to face with the Lordbane once again. They fought ferociously, but the Lord fell before the two knights. --- Lessen saw his comrad zien fall with an arrow in his back after they dispatched the Lord. Lessen looked towards the shameness. She threw daggers at him with her eyes which unsettled even him, a battle hardened knight. “Do not think to ally yourself with these men, it would not do for such a pretty head to find it’s way onto a pike.” The Shameness simply stared at Lessen who went off to find his Lord Rathar leaving the Shameness with the unconscious Varghoss.
The final turns saw Varghoss fall to Zien and Lessen. Terje managed to fell Zien before the final turn ended. Victory was given to the dragon knights.
True to his name Sir Lessen the Lordbane once again killed the Norse Lord. He also killed 2 other pieces and found himself with full health. He is a monster! Despite all this the game was close. Rathar and the Black Knight fell quickly, but Zien, Mordant and Lessen managed despite the low health of Zien (2 hp left) and Mordant (3hp left).
Terje can probably be found across the parking lot. Scott has had it with him. He shot into melee 4 times and missed, actually doing more damage to his allies than to the dragon knights.
All in all it was a great game. Best one so far. This game continues to surprise us at every turn. When the game swings the advantage from one side to the other on every turn you know you are in for a good time.
Rathar’s vision came into focus. Lessen was standing over him with the rest of the retinue bloodied. “My lord,” Lesson began, “they have been defeated and pushed back.” Rathar nodded, “And the Magic User.” “ She… escaped sir…” “ I see, well I suppose these things happen. Let us return and plan our next move. I suspect that the Norse will not yield as easily as I suspected, we must find reinforcements.”
Two casualties were reported in this game, Halsten had a concussion so no charging for him. Rathar suffered from dented armor as well making him a Base 5 AR.
Battle Honors were given to Mordant and Lars. Mordant became battle hardened and Lars found himself with +1 base AR.

Whew. Back to things. Sorry for the delay on this (still wondering if anyone is following it), due to health stuff, work stuff and other stuff Scott and I have been putting this one off. Thankfully we finally got things started again!
Recap:
So last time we saw the rusted heroes, Mordant had battle honors that granted him +1 to his attacks. The Beserker can re-roll one damage die and, sadly, Halsten got a concussion and could not charge. Rathar also took some damage and had his armor reduced by 1. So far the score stands at Dragon Knights: 2 Norse 1 with all painting being done on time.
Week 4 scenario:
Rathar and the Norse are desperate to gain a supernatural edge. They have found the key to the ancients. They must excavate it the location and get the information back to their base camps.
There is a stone feature in the center that has the following attributes:
HP: 10 PR: 5 AR: auto hit Special: Nullifies all damage bonuses characters are granted while they are within the PR of this feature. The feature, when distroyed will drop 2 map tokens.
Goal: Each side must grab a map token and get it back to their deployment zone. One action to grab the token. The game lasts 7 turns. If no one has a map token in their deployment it is a tie.
The Game:
The two armies charged forward. The Shameness that had escaped during the previous engagment was with the Norse. He hands rippled with power. She charged with the rest of the men, conjuring as she went. It wasn't until after she heard the noise that she saw the blood, then nothing...
Turn one saw most all figures moving forward. Mordant got off a lucky shot with his battle honors and felled the Shameness in one turn. Life Cleaver flew forward to engage the Knights. The Black Knight moved off to the side to have words with the theif who bested him last time.
The sounds of battle rang out. The Black knight could be seen whirling his spear with inhuman speed and the Beserker bore down on Sir Zien. Life Cleaver saw his opportunity and engaged Rathar, the hardened Lord proved more hardy than anticipated though and his Knight lessen charged forward to make good on the name of Lordbane....
Turn two saw combat take place immediatly. Lessen did a some damage to The Life Cleaver and Rathar fended him off while doing a little damage himself. Zien and the Beserker fought to a standstill while Mordant reloaded and took a successful shot at Halsten. The Black Knight used his Bojitsu to fell the theif handily. Things were looking grim for the Norse.
They fell one by one. The steal of the Dragon Knights seemed bless by a divinity beyond the keen of the Norse. First Life Cleaver, then Halsten, then the Beserker. The battle seemed over before it began. Only Lars, who desperately tried to liberate the information he needed, stood in the face of the Dragon Knights. Where he to have known of the dread Black Knight and his spear he may have achieved his aim. But alas for him the spear and sword of the knight found their marks. Lars died with a smile on his face though, for he had destroyed what they all came for. Despite their blades and shed blood all would be for naught....
The rest of the game went quickly. Lessen and Rathar dispatched The Life Cleaver while Mordant and Sir Zien felled the Beserker and Halsten (who's concussion proved to be his undoing). The Black Knight Climbed the rock face of the ruined temple and threw his spear at Lars. Lars managed to trade blows but was lost in the end to the keen blade of the Black Knight. Unfortunately, due to the turn limit, the Dragon Knights could not achieve the objective and the game was a tie.
Results:
Sir Zien gained battle honors but rolled to find only a shielf ( useless to the prideful one who would never us any but his own). No casualties were taken on the Dragon Knights so no wounds.
The Norse gained no Honors due to a total route. Halsten once again was injured with -1 to his damage rolls.
This game was brutal for the Norse. The Black Knight was super fun to play in this one since I got to use all his tricks.
Next Time:
Next time is a no turn limit 300 point battle, no survivors. Ancient select is allowed. The Norse must win for a tie.
Peace out,
Antizombie
